Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the upkeep of communication status for smart meters across the organization. The responsibilities include monitoring and controlling technical support for AMI assets, planning and facilitating field surveys, and troubleshooting communication-related issues.

The incumbent will also be responsible for developing predictive maintenance plans for smart meter communication infrastructure, overseeing resource allocation for joint survey activities, and ensuring operational HSEQ compliance during configuration and commissioning of smart meters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and controlling technical support for AMI assets
  • Planning and facilitating field surveys
  • Troubleshooting communication-related issues
  • Developing predictive maintenance plans for smart meter communication infrastructure
  • Overseeing resource allocation for joint survey activities
  • Ensuring operational HSEQ compliance during configuration and commissioning of smart meters
  • Custodian of Field Operational Support on Maintenance Framework (MF)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant field
  • 4-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Technical knowledge of fundamentals of electrical power and electronics
  • AMI infrastructure and asset handling expertise
