We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Director with at least 5 years of experience in visual design and animation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating high-quality animations and managing a team of junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the visual design direction for educational platforms
  • Create engaging animations and visual assets for web and mobile
  • Oversee and guide junior designers to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain high design standards across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on visual goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in visual design, animation, or art direction
  • Strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and design systems
  • Hands-on experience with animation tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects)
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
