Empower Girls Through Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to play a crucial role in empowering girls through education.

  • The ideal candidate will develop training guides, run training programs, and provide mentoring support to downstream partners to strengthen girls' voices and agency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for education and empowering girls to make a meaningful impact.

The consultant will be expected to maintain high levels of professionalism, work ethics, and best practices throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Peer Group Leader Learning Training Guide for grade 8 students.
  • Create Teachers Guide for Supporting Peer Group Leaders in School.
  • Obtain approval of developed training content from relevant provincial educational department.
  • Design and deliver orientation session with 240 Teachers and DSP around Girls Agency component of ILMpact Programme.
  • Conduct 4 days Trainings and refreshers of 480 PGLs in 15 districts of ILMpact.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in education development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
