Job Overview

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging digital experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma as the primary tool.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Maintain consistency across products by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Translate complex user needs into elegant solutions.
Required Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and variants.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and interaction design.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing Figma work.
  • Experience working in agile environments or cross-functional teams.
