We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage our inventory. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory, data entry of all incoming and outgoing orders, liaison with 3rd parties, packing and dispatching orders, follow up with clients to ensure delivery, and preparing monthly sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our system for all incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Liaison with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Packing and Dispatching: Pack and dispatch orders efficiently, meeting customer deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Follow up with clients to ensure delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
