Job Title: Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative content developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and interactive content in various formats, including graphics, videos, and text, to promote our mission.
  • Regularly post content on multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Tailor content to suit the unique style and audience of each platform to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and execute content campaigns that amplify our efforts.
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to refine and improve future posts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for creating and editing graphics and videos.
  • Strong understanding of multiple social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
  • A nuanced understanding of Pakistan's social and political context is essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a passion for creating engaging, high-quality content.
