System Architect Position Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect to lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with strong expertise in CRM systems, customer engagement workflows, and system integration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and Architecture: Lead the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solution architectures for all applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, providing expert advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities and limitations.
  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, best practices, and configuration strategies to meet specific business needs.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the D365 CE platform to meet business requirements, including workflows, entities, forms, and reports.
  • Integration Strategies: Develop effective integration strategies between D365 CE and other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and high performance.
  • Data Migration: Ensure smooth and efficient data migration into Dynamics 365 from legacy systems, minimizing disruptions and downtime.
  • System Testing: Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure high-quality solutions and user experience.
  • User Training: Provide comprehensive training and support to users and teams on Dynamics 365 CE usage, new features, and best practices.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience as a Functional Architect, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, and proven track record in implementing D365 CE solutions.
  • CRM Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer engagement workflows, and salesforce automation.
  • Skillset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
