E-Commerce Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online store, ensuring that all products are up-to-date and accurately listed. This includes maintaining product files, managing stock and inventory, processing orders, and resolving operational issues.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Maintaining and updating product files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensuring timely listing of products by the developer team
- Managing stock levels to prevent overselling or stockouts
- Processing daily orders and analyzing sales performance
- Resolving store operational issues, including administrative duties and physical inventories
- Documenting and releasing orders for pick-up
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably with a strong background in e-commerce and customer service
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Strong experience in store operation management and customer relationship building
- Demonstrated understanding of online marketing strategies
