Ecommerce Order Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Order Management Expert to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in transforming how customers interact with our brand to track and manage their orders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing order modifications to ensure a seamless, efficient, and satisfying post-order journey for our customers. They will also be responsible for identifying pain points and opportunities in the post-order experience through customer feedback, data analysis, and market research.

  • Develop and implement self-service features that enable customers to manage their orders, including enhancing the self-service order modification framework.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure alignment between automated solutions and human support.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical focus and experience working in eCommerce product management or related roles. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify jobs to be done, prioritize customer needs, and define alignment to company strategy.
  • Produce thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis to obtain a deep understanding of customer needs and difficulties.
  • Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex situations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams.
