Digital Transformation Executive

About the Role
The Account Director is responsible for developing and executing a sustainable account strategy that supports the customer's journey in their digital transformations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Development Strategy: Develop a comprehensive account development strategy that aligns with the customer's business objectives.
- Business Development: Conceptualize and execute business development initiatives that support the customer's digital transformation journey.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships with relevant influencers and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Sales Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Ecosystem and Product Portfolio Managers to explore the complete potential of Siemens products, systems, solutions, services, and Digital Enterprise offerings.
- Executive Connections: Build and nurture executive C-Level connections with named accounts to drive business growth.
- Business Forecasting: Forecast business and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by maximizing extraction from named accounts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and up-sell/cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Desired Competencies & Qualifications:
- 10-15 Years of Sales/Account Management Experience
- Sales Experience in Industrial Automation & Industry 4.0
- Superior Communication Skills
- Preferred Market Knowledge of Emerging Markets
- Highly Goal-Oriented, Assertive, and Hands-On Problem Solver
- Excellence in Presentation, Negotiation, and Data Analysis Skills
