Job Title: Market Growth Manager

About the Role:
The Market Growth Manager will lead our sales teams in specific cities, focusing on qualitative growth. You will ensure productivity of team individuals and drive efficient utilization of company resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Forecasting and sales tracking.
  2. Developing business plans to achieve sales targets.
  3. Leading sales teams, managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring, and career development.
  4. Providing quality leadership for customers while upholding company values.
  5. Achieving sales targets, revenues, and profitability for all products.
  6. Directing selling activities within cities/territories, including resource deployment and customer interactions.
  7. Liaising with distributors for timely orders and payments, ensuring prompt availability at desired chemists.
  8. Being accountable for achieving sales targets and profitability goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To achieve Sales Targets for assigned cities, manage and retain key accounts. Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing inventory at all distributors at the national level.
  2. Ensuring product availability as per demand planning and sales.
  3. Grooming and developing district sales managers as effective managers.
  4. Hiring, training, and evaluating sales staff.
  5. Performing market research for existing and new products.
  6. Appraising team members based on performance metrics.
  7. Controlling touring costs in any territory to not exceed 10% of revenue generated.
  8. Covering all potential towns/cities.
  9. Justifiably utilizing allocated funds.
  10. Monitoring and controlling field force performance/activities.
  11. Providing brick-wise sales data for all territories.
  12. Providing monthly work plans approved by the manager.
  13. Submitting call return reports after every visit outside Karachi.
  14. Presenting monthly sales data to the management.
