Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assume the role of Strategic Growth Manager. This key position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and establish or propose potential deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies by analyzing market trends, assessing business needs, and identifying potential revenue streams.
  • Screen and evaluate potential business deals by conducting thorough market research, analyzing financials, and assessing risks.
  • Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution and contract negotiation.
  • Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established protocols.
  • Enhance the organization's reputation by promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets for assigned accounts and industries.
  • Define and track yearly targets and objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategies for introducing new products and services that align with business goals.
  • Determine new opportunities through meticulous analysis of business needs and market trends.
  • Manage documentation and records related to potential transactions to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest that may impact the organization's integrity.
  • Reports directly to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • At least a BBA (Marketing) degree with 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in lead generation, relationship development on LinkedIn, and corporate networking.
  • Strong personal relationships within the corporate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in strategic planning and business development is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Unwavering discipline in maintaining confidentiality and upholding organizational integrity.
  • Capacity to work under pressure while remaining proactive and result-driven.
  • Confident, ambitious, and self-disciplined individual with a client-centric approach.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
