The role of an Expert Business Growth Strategist is a high-level, strategic position that requires significant experience in closing high-value deals, managing teams, setting direction, and driving measurable growth. This individual must own the process from vision to execution while also leading communication with top-level executives.
This includes owning the full sales cycle and acquiring high-ticket clients through various channels, communicating effectively with CEOs, CTOs, founders, and other high-tier decision-makers, and creating and implementing custom strategies for client acquisition, pricing, and positioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning the full sales cycle and acquiring high-ticket clients
- Communicating effectively with senior-level professionals
- Leading strategic planning for business development goals, including forecasting and team targets
- Creating and implementing custom strategies for client acquisition, pricing, and positioning
- Mentoring team members, tracking KPIs, and holding them accountable
- 3-6+ years of proven success with documented deal closures (including size/impact)
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field is preferred

- Excellent English communication skills, especially with C-level professionals
