Job Description

Maintaining the security and integrity of IT systems is a critical responsibility in this role. This entails ensuring secure system administration, maintaining accurate documentation, and troubleshooting performance issues to enable seamless service delivery for business operations.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Maximizing uptime of IT security infrastructure and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactive monitoring of firewalls/IPS and critical security components.
  • Compliance with established security baselines and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Implementation of new technologies and delivery of security projects.
  • Technical writing and handling the migration of different secure networks and devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Network security, business continuity, project management, and technical writing skills are essential for success in this role. Relevant experience in 2-5 years is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
