Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on commercial real estate markets, analyzing market data, and developing business cases for potential acquisitions and development projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research, analyzing trends, rental rates, occupancy levels, supply/demand dynamics, and economic factors affecting property values.
  2. Analyze and assess the financial viability of real estate projects, using advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate cash flow, ROI, NPV, and IRR.
  3. Develop and prepare feasibility studies, investment proposals, and business cases for potential acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio optimization.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of real estate transactions are thoroughly evaluated and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, property market research, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, including the use of financial modeling techniques (Excel, Argus, or similar tools).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
