Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to lead our minerals business development efforts. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the minerals sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue in the minerals sector.
  • Building strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the minerals industry.
  • Conducting market surveys, visiting customers, and submitting recommendations for improvement in sales processes.
  • Maintaining effective communication with other department heads to ensure smooth business operations in the minerals division.
  • Recovering outstanding debts from the market as instructed by the Director.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the Director related to sales and growth in the minerals sector.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Vast experience in sales of minerals products.
  • A hardworking and honest attitude with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
