Media Content Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Media Content Coordinator to manage all deadlines for processing content from reception to air version readiness. This role involves tracking content assigned, creating and managing work orders across systems, and working closely with programming/strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage content traffic process across different areas based on parameters given by strategy teams.
Track content assigned (rejections, replacements, missing content).
Create and manage work orders across systems for all operations areas, setting timelines and processes required.
Work closely with Programming/Strategy teams in order to archive the business strategy plan, giving proper feedback about operation processes.
Data entry of technical and operative information across media assets management systems. Creates and follows reports in order to guarantee the proper airing of content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in negotiation and tracking.
Degree or equivalent experience in Television Studio Operation, Television Studio Production, or Direction College Degree.
Media Company Administration.
Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading. Advanced level or higher.
