At HR Era Consulting Services, we seek a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our nationwide sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution and 8-10 years of experience preferably in FMCG/Cosmetics.

The successful candidate will lead our sales team members to achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. They will establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including up to $200,000 + car monetization (1300cc) + fuel (150 liters). In addition, you will receive two basic salaries in a year, PF, Leave Encashment, Health coverage for self & Immediate Family, and Life Insurance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  3. Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  4. Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  6. Identify new potential customers and market opportunities
  7. Provide timely solutions aligned with clients' needs
Job Requirements:
