Email Marketing Coordinator

About this role:
This supporting role focuses on assisting the email marketing team in the development and execution of email marketing strategies, with a focus on campaign deployment, list management, compliance, collaboration, testing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Team Members: Assist the email marketing team in developing and executing email marketing strategies.
- Campaign Deployment: Assist in deploying targeted email campaigns that meet strategic goals.
- Email List Management: Assist in managing and segmenting email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with industry regulations and adhere to best practices in email marketing.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and engaging email content.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting rigorous testing to ensure high-quality email campaigns that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Reporting and Insights: Assist in generating and presenting detailed reports on email and SMS campaign performance to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in email marketing, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
- Strong analytical skills & ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing.
