Senior Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to oversee the development of our software team. This role requires an individual with hands-on experience in Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs, as well as familiarity with web application development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop system integration design and process flows.
  • Design and implement regression and UAT test plans.
  • Manage software development teams in complex manufacturing environments.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required, along with 9+ years of relevant experience preferably in a complex manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, they should have experience creating processes and standards related to software development, be well-versed in Project Management approaches, and have proficient analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of SDLC concepts is essential, including proficiency at all stages of the project lifecycle from business requirements to technical definitions, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production support, and completion.

Familiarity with Oracle eBusiness suite of applications, Visual Basic development, and web services is highly desirable.
