Job Title: Retail Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans that boost customer engagement, enhance store foot traffic, and optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive business strategies to improve sales performance, enhance customer experience, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Achieve exceptional sales results by training, motivating, and mentoring sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a pristine store environment that upholds visual merchandising standards and reflects positively on our brand.
  • Oversee store administration and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures as per the HR Department's guidelines.
  • Analyze buying trends, customer needs, profits, and other key retail metrics to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the HR Department on employee training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and skills.
  • Conduct regular personnel performance evaluations to identify training needs and develop career paths.
  • Address all issues arising from staff or customers, including complaints and grievances, in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate expertise in construction products and materials.
  • Proven track record as a successful Retail Store Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
