As a Scrum Master, you will play a leading role in fulfilling the company vision, driving the implementation of products and setting standards for teams to follow.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  2. Focusing the Scrum Team on creating high-value Increments
  3. Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
  4. Ensuring all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox

You will work closely with the Project Manager to find effective techniques for Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  2. Scrum Master certification such as SAFE, CSM or PMI-ACP
  3. Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  4. Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks
  5. Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
