We're looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in data engineering, with experience building data pipelines and warehouses.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the architecture of the company's data warehouse, incorporating data from various sources, including internal systems and IoT devices.

  • Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes to handle large datasets.

  • Guarantee data accuracy and consistency across systems using built-in validation, monitoring, and notification mechanisms.

  • Integrate Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to provide real-time dashboards and reports for internal teams.

  • Create scalable data models to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning projects.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify data requirements and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Evaluate and implement best practices for data governance, security, storage optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Keep an eye on infrastructure performance, ensuring backups, recoveries, and security measures are properly implemented.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or comparable role.
  • Expertise in building data pipelines and warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Fluency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL frameworks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities are necessary for success in this position.
