Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Liaising with a diverse range of clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships through effective communication. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

The role requires creativity and innovation when designing concepts for different marketing channels. This includes electronic, digital, and print mediums, ensuring that our message reaches the target audience in an impactful way.

You will work closely with designers, printers, and vendors to bring these concepts to life. Additionally, you will collaborate with photographers and video crews to capture high-quality content.

A key aspect of this position is budget management. You will need to work efficiently and effectively to ensure that we stay within allocated funds.

Organizing events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions is also a significant responsibility. This requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand is crucial in this role. You will need to track daily emails and workflow to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

In addition, you will work closely with in-house designers to produce visually striking materials that align with our brand guidelines.

This role involves managing social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities. You will engage with audiences across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is also essential.
