Human Resources Leader Job Description

A successful candidate should have an MBA or MPA with at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Human Resources.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and implement strategies for employee recruitment, retention, and development to meet the organization's current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to create and update annual succession plans, identify training needs, and facilitate their implementation.
  • Manage HR audits, present reports with analysis and recommendations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Prepare and share data for the annual budget of the section with the section head for review.
  • Develop a compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the organization's overall business strategy, working closely with the supervisor.
  • Coordinate the payroll system updates, retrieve employee master information, regular pay, allowances, and deductions from the ERP, and process monthly payroll.
  • Review and manage income tax deductions, issue tax deduction certificates to employees, and share them with relevant authorities.
  • Supervise and guide the team in processing salary-related documents, ensuring timely processing and sharing with the supervisor for approvals.
  • Support internal and external auditors in conducting and finalizing departmental activity and financial process audits, providing related documentary evidence and resolving queries.
  • Lead and motivate team members, conduct annual performance appraisals, and provide feedback to staff.
  • Guide the team in maintaining and processing claims for corporate payments, travel allowance, agency payments, training expenses, health insurance, and other benefits.
