Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team.

This is a senior-level role that requires a high degree of expertise in human resources management, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving processes and organizations, as well as experience in educating and coaching staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment and talent management, including developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans.
    • Employee engagement and retention, including managing employee welfare, remuneration, and benefits.
    • HR strategies and policies, including developing and implementing organizational and personnel policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of post-university qualification experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
  • 3+ years of post-university qualification experience in a relevant human resource supervisory role.
  • Proven track record for improving the processes and organizations.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience and training in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
