Sales Manager Job

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Target Setting: Plan and set sales targets for the sales team in collaboration with higher management.
  2. Team Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their individual targets.
  3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Incentives: Recommend incentive packages for sales teams based on their performance.
  5. Credit Recovery: Ensure timely recovery of credits within the allocated timeframe.

Requirements
