The successful candidate will act as a liaison between technical teams and biomedical management, ensuring alignment of administrative priorities and objectives.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to streamline communication, assessing feasibility and resource needs for project planning, developing and implementing administrative systems, managing documentation and procurement of materials and equipment, maintaining databases and submitting timely reports, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in technical department administration.
• Strong background in document management and administrative support functions.

• Technical aptitude and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
