About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Showroom Manager to join our team in Jhelum, Pakistan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business volume.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leading and motivating the showroom team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A background in Woodwork or strong woodworking knowledge.
  • Excellent client handling skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong communication, management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and AutoCAD is an asset.
  • Fully qualified and experienced in sales, specifically showroom sales.
