As a key member of our administrative team, you will be the first point of contact for directors and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will perform various office administration and clerical duties, operate the telephone switchboard, and provide support to employees and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical receptionist skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating inventory lists, and ensuring the front desk is always equipped with necessary supplies.
The successful candidate will be a brilliant communicator, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be dependable, professional, and courteous in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
