As the APAC Employee Connection Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Tier 1 P&C Services' Employee Connection team in APAC. You will work closely with our employees to provide support and address their HR needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with us.

This role is based in Hyderabad, India and will require regular interaction with employees to execute standardized processes including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits, mobility, operations, and compliance in APAC. The successful candidate will be highly independent and proactive in identifying and implementing positive change and improvements to scale a great employee experience aligned with our culture.

  • Provide timely responses to employee inquiries.
  • Perform HR transactions in Workday.
  • Assist with reorganizations including position management.
  • Prepare payroll information.
  • Onboard/Offboard employees.
  • Execute repeatable processes.
  • Oversee benefits and respond to benefits issues.
  • Track probation periods.
  • Assist with reporting and audit.
  • Provide employment verification.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and escalate unresolved matters to Tier 2, EC Manager or relevant stakeholders/COEs.
