Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and managing correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in greeting guests and candidates visiting for interviews. They should be able to handle all incoming calls and employee queries with professionalism and poise.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and candidates visiting for interviews and onboarding.

  • Collect resumes from candidates.

  • Connect candidates with the recruiter.

  • Schedule external and internal meetings.

  • Maintain the conference room and training room log.

  • Answer all employee questions and direct them to the concerned departments.

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to concerned department(s) when needed.

  • Receive letters and parcels and send them to the right location along with department and concerned person's details.

  • Handle correspondence via email for general administrative tasks.

  • Monitor and update records and files.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any field.

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.

  • Experience in greeting guests and candidates visiting for interviews.

  • Ability to handle all incoming calls and employee queries.
