Job Title: Financial Analyst

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and reconciling accurate financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements using accounting software.

This involves processing invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements for vendors, contractors, and employees in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to established policies.

In addition, you will manage accounts receivable by issuing invoices to clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.

You will also reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Reconciling bank statements and vendor accounts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CA, or CMA certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
