Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and implement integration strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions.
  • Participate in solution architecture and design, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Drive technical decision-making to meet client needs and ensure seamless integration of applications and services.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Tibco, Biztalk, webMethods, IBM IIB, Apache Camel, etc.) and Java/J2EE.
  • Prior experience in Dell Boomi is mandatory. Experience in MuleSoft/Azure Integration Services is highly desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of web services (REST & SOAP) and messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ, JMS).
  • Strong experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications and API Management (APIGEE, MuleSoft, Zuul, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Agile execution methodology and Scrum framework.
  • Familiarity with estimation techniques like Use-case, FP, Story points.
  • Client-facing experience and matrix organization onsite-offshore models.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong team management skills and good team player with ability to prioritize tasks.
