Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating internal training programs that drive employee performance and growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute training programs aligned with business objectives.
  2. Identify training needs and collaborate with teams to develop targeted solutions.
  3. C coordinate logistics and administration for training sessions.
  4. Develop engaging training materials and digital content.
  5. Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage accurate records and data in the Learning Management System.
  7. Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a learning and development or HR-related role.
  3. Experience with adult learning principles and training coordination.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and LMS platforms.
  5. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualification:
  1. Professional development in L&D (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, SHRM-CP, ATD).
