**About the Role**
We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Learning & Design Manager. As a strategic leader, you will develop and implement digital learning initiatives that drive employee engagement and development.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to design and create engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules. You will also manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the organization's digital learning strategy.
- Lead the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies.
- Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules.
- Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools.
- Design and conduct training programs for internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.
