We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in speech-to-speech pipelines, open-source models, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge speech-to-speech pipelines leveraging open-source models such as Whisper and Wav2Vec.
  • Optimize speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems using Coqui or similar frameworks for improved accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work with large language models (LLMs) like LLaMA 2 and LLaMA 3 for natural language processing (NLP) applications.
  • Apply LoRA and PEFT-based fine-tuning techniques to customize LLMs for domain-specific tasks and enhance their performance.
  • Built and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems for knowledge-grounded responses.
  • Develop and integrate agentic AI systems with reasoning and task automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, software developers) to deliver scalable AI solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate and monitor deployed AI models for accuracy, latency, and efficiency, making data-driven decisions to optimize their performance.
