About the Role

We are seeking a motivated
Junior GenAI Engineer
to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS) systems, open-source AI models, and AI agent development
. This role is perfect for someone eager to work on
cutting-edge Generative AI applications
and grow under senior AI engineers while contributing to real-world production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and fine-tune
    open-source speech-to-text and text-to-speech models
    (e.g., Whisper, Vosk, Coqui, Tacotron, etc.).
  • Develop and integrate
    AI agents
    capable of reasoning, task automation, and natural language interactions.
  • Optimize model performance for
    latency, scalability, and accuracy
    .
  • Work with APIs and open-source frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, RAG pipelines).
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on deploying AI solutions into
    production environments
    .
  • Conduct testing, benchmarking, and troubleshooting for speech and conversational AI models.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and trends in
    Generative AI & Conversational AI
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
    (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience
    with speech-to-text and text-to-speech models.
  • Familiarity with
    Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers
    .
  • Exposure to
    AI agent frameworks
    (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).
  • Understanding of
    LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
    .
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work onsite (Rawalpindi, Phase 7) with full-time commitment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with
    Docker, FastAPI, Flask
    for model deployment.
  • Knowledge of
    vector databases
    (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    .
  • Previous work on
    real-time speech applications
    .
