Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT marketing professional to collaborate with our leadership team in developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in IT marketing/recruiting and be able to proactively identify future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market consultants on the bench using established processes and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on submissions.
  • Update consultants on their profile submissions and interviews.
  • Develop and implement overall marketing strategy.
  • Design job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
  • Source and recruit candidates by utilizing databases and social media platforms.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Marketing Professional.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
