Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of an Implementation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of projects, facilitating meetings, maintaining records, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks
  2. Facilitate project meetings and maintain accurate records
  3. Collaborate with team members to achieve timely task completion
  4. Provide regular updates to project leadership
  5. Organize events such as workshops, conferences, and media campaigns
  6. Document project activities and prepare comprehensive reports
  7. Engage with stakeholders including parliamentarians, NGOs, policymakers, and media
  8. Conduct research and monitor media coverage


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Renewable Energy Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Media Studies, or Mass Communication
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within civil society, media, or research organizations
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; social media knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written skills in English and Urdu
