The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of project activities. The role will involve supporting planning processes, partner engagement, and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of project work plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to support project planning and progress tracking.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports, briefs, meeting notes, and other documentation as required.
  • Monitor project indicators, collect and compile data, and support analysis for reporting purposes.
  • Organize meetings, field visits, training sessions, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Develop and disseminate communication and knowledge products.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for procurement, recruitment, and operational processes.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all project records are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Track donor reporting timelines and compile inputs for donor engagement and resource mobilization activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in proposal writing, donor mapping, or compiling inputs for funding opportunities.
  • Exposure to coordinating with project stakeholders, organizing meetings, or supporting community-based activities.
  • Ability to prepare communication materials, social media content, or knowledge-sharing products.
  • Familiarity with projects related to energy, environment, resilience, climate change, or gender is an asset.
  • Experience in documentation processes, maintaining knowledge repositories, or organizing reports and project files.
  • Basic understanding of working with government counterparts, development partners, or civil society organizations.
  • Ability to provide logistical and documentation support for events, briefings, or reporting needs of senior team members.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to track project activities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with online collaboration tools is desirable.

  • A monthly Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) of PKR 105,097 is provided to cover housing, utilities, and normal cost of living expenses.

Living Conditions:

  • This is a national UNV assignment, and the UN Volunteer will be responsible for arranging their own housing and other living essentials.
