Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our email and social media marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email and social media marketing. They will be responsible for planning and executing email campaigns through various platforms, as well as leading social media campaigns across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will have excellent written communication and copywriting skills, as well as the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. They will also be familiar with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite, and have experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing:
    • Plan and execute email campaigns (promotions, newsletters, automation flows)
    • Design and optimize responsive email templates
    • Create compelling subject lines, body content, and calls-to-action
    • Segment email lists for targeted communication
    • Manage automated workflows like abandoned cart, welcome series, and re-engagement
    • Monitor performance and continuously improve based on key metrics
  • Social Media Campaigns:
    • Develop and manage monthly content calendars
    • Create and schedule engaging posts (graphics, reels, stories, carousels)
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
    • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages
    • Collaborate on marketing strategies for promotions and new launches
    • Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, follower growth)

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Strong experience with email and social media marketing platforms
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Able to plan and execute sales and engagement email campaigns weekly
  • Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
