Lead Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Description:

CureMD is a pioneer in digital marketing, seeking an innovative leader to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding online presence, generating high-quality leads, and strengthening brand recognition globally. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will mentor cross-functional teams, influence strategic decision-making, and serve as a key point of contact between marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a forward-thinking, data-driven digital marketing strategy to significantly boost online traffic, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand visibility.
  • Oversee performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms, and content.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of marketing professionals, creating a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives.
  • Drive full-funnel campaign strategies from ideation to execution, optimizing both organic and paid media across platforms to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta) preferred.
  • 10 - 12 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.
