We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Expert to join our team. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Google Ads Management: Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-intent keywords and opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns to maximize conversions and revenue.
Data & Optimization
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor campaign performance, tracking metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS, and take swift action to hit target KPIs.
  • A/B Testing: Run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audiences to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Insight Generation: Leverage GA4, Google Ads scripts, and Looker Studio dashboards to surface actionable insights and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Expertise: 3–5 years hands-on experience with Google Ads management, including Search and Shopping.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to hit 5–7X ROAS on e-commerce spends of at least USD 10k/M.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Performance Max, Merchant Center feed troubleshooting, and audience layering, as well as proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
