We're a fast-growing e-commerce group with multiple DTC brands in wheels & tires, outdoor hobby gear, and lifestyle products. Digital performance drives everything we do, and paid search is the engine. We're looking for a data-driven Google Ads Expert who can scale profitable campaigns, crush ROAS targets, and turn insights into revenue.
Role Summary
You'll own the full Google Ads funnel—from keyword research and creative briefs to bid strategy and reporting. If you live and breathe conversion metrics, thrive on A/B testing, and know how to squeeze every ounce of value from Performance Max, we want you on the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Build annual and quarterly Google Ads growth plans that align with overall marketing OKRs.
• Research high-intent keywords, competitor ads, and emerging trends to uncover new opportunities.
Campaign Execution
• Launch, manage, and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns.
• Craft compelling ad copy and work with our design team on thumb-stopping creatives.
• Implement smart bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA) and granular audience segmentation.
Data & Optimization
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS daily; take swift action to hit target KPIs.
• Run structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
• Leverage GA4, Google Ads scripts, and Looker Studio dashboards to surface insights.
• Partner with CRO, email, and organic SEO teams to create cohesive funnel experiences.
• Brief developers on tracking scripts, product feeds, and conversion APIs.
Reporting & Insights
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Present learnings, wins, and next steps in a clear, executive-friendly format.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads management (Search + Shopping a must).
- Proven track record hitting 5–7X ROAS on e-commerce spends of at least USD 10k/M.
- Deep knowledge of Performance Max, Merchant Center feed troubleshooting, and audience layering.
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager mastery—events, custom conversions, attribution modeling.
- Strong Excel/Sheets chops (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic query functions).
- Excellent English communication skills—clear, concise, persuasive.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Channable).
- Familiarity with Bing Ads and Meta Ads for cross-channel synergy.
- Google Ads Search/Shopping Certification.
- Prior work with automotive, hobby, or outdoor niche brands.
