
Sales Performance Lead

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential in the designated area. This role requires a strong leader with excellent interpersonal communication skills and results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers and build strong and long-term relationships with key partners.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends, analyzing data to formulate effective strategies.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of products and services, preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.
- Bachelor/Master degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/B2B Sales.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to drive the sales process.
- Results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven business sense and industry expertise, with ability to make proper adjustments to sales territories where necessary.
- Able to assess and track team capability through ongoing feedback, regular review meetings & KPI tracking.
