ERP/Business Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Functional Consultant to partner with clients on ERP implementations and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Analyze Business Requirements:
    • Produce business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs)
    • Create process maps to ensure seamless system functionality
  • Configure Modules and Support Customizations:
    • Integrate modules to meet business needs
    • Support customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
  • Lead Functional Testing and Go-Live Readiness:
    • Conduct thorough functional testing
    • Ensure UAT readiness and coordinate go-live activities
  • Train End Users and Provide Hypercare:
    • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users
    • Provide post-implementation hypercare and support services
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams:
    • Translate functional needs into technical solutions
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in ERP systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams
