We are seeking a dedicated and experienced student visa advisor to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to students throughout the entire visa application process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer end-to-end support to students in navigating student visa applications, documentation, and submission processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest visa policies, procedures, and requirements for key study destinations.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with industry agents to drive referrals and enhance student recruitment.
  • Counsel students and their families on study options, financial requirements, and timelines for successful visa processing.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth application processing and meet deadlines.
  • Regularly follow up with students, agents, and external stakeholders to address queries and provide timely support.
  • Organize and participate in student seminars, workshops, and education fairs to strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and provide detailed reporting of student cases and agent referrals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, or International Relations preferred).
  • Proven knowledge of student visa application processes for major destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with industry agents is essential.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Student Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Able to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage student and agent data is desirable.
  • Experience conducting seminars, webinars, or workshops would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of education systems in international study destinations would be beneficial.
