Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Professional to join our team.

This part-time position offers growth potential and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Plan and optimize SEO (on-page & off-page) for improved search visibility and traffic
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Instagram
  • Conduct A/B testing and data-driven analysis to improve campaign performance
  • Maintain accurate and optimized website listings and directory profiles
  • Create and manage engaging content strategies to grow brand presence
  • Monitor and analyze results using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign consistency
  • Stay updated with evolving digital trends and apply best practices
  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with brand guidelines
  • Regularly report KPIs and suggest improvements based on performance data

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and influencer collaborations
