About this Exciting Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Performance. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our logistics operations and ensuring seamless delivery experiences for our customers.

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:

  • Gain insights from logistics data to inform strategic decisions and drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.

Rider Payout Planning:

  • Optimize cost per order (CPO) budgets to achieve business objectives and reduce operational expenses.
  • Partner with finance teams to establish CPO targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and execute earnings plans to motivate riders while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Analyze market dynamics to adjust rider earnings and maintain a competitive edge.

Logistics Optimizations:

  • Streamline vendor delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize delivery times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess vendor performance and adjust logistics strategies accordingly.
  • Support geographic expansion by developing logistics strategies aligned with growth targets.
  • Ensure logistics capacity meets market demand and optimize resource utilization.
  • Improve fleet efficiency by monitoring utilization rates and implementing best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and knowledge sharing.

Your Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools like Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
